Over 80 acres of cleared pasture at the top of Hickerson Mountain affords some of the most beautiful mountain views on the East Coast. 360 degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Piedmont stretch for miles around. An iconic oak tree at the top of the mountain is a landmark for miles around. There are several outstanding building sites at the peak which afford wrap-around gorgeous views while assuring utter privacy from the outside world.
While the mountain pastures are well suited to grazing livestock, the soils, drainage, elevation and slope create excellent vineyard potential as well, or reconversion back to a mountain orchard.
